Process

I think one of my first posts was about words and the effect they have on people. It blows my mind the kind of mood I've been in lately. My attitude has changed towards my sister and my friends and my mom. I've been insulting people A LOT lately...and just saying RUDE things...and I can't believe the stuff that's coming out of my mouth- truly. I try not to talk...but it's not working so far. I really need to stop though. I say rude things to the people who mean the most to me and I act mean and rude to them as well. *sigh* I wish i knew the cause...then I could "cut it out of myself" as Heather would phrase it.
